Project & Design Requirements:

• Design and installation of pipe racks and pipe supports
• Full responsibility for all mechanical construction and installation works
• Transformation of Greenfield site
• Minimisation of environmental impacts
• Short timeframe for project establishment and completion
• Design and supply of Inspection and Test Plans
• Full compliance with OH&S legislative requirements
• Material procurement responsibilities
• Sub contactor tendering and selection
• Supply and installation of process pipe work (Schedule 80 uPVC and 316SS)
• Ad-hoc design and resolutions for economical construction methods
• Provision of lagging and cladding services for caustic pipework
• Provision of Commissioning technicians
• Preparation of project schedules
• Site inspections
• Continuous liaison and consultation between all contractors and client
• Provision of ongoing and continuous engineering support for all construction activities
